Michael O’Shaughnessy – Owner/Broker has been surfing for over 39 years and a Ponce Inlet local since 1990. A three time Guinness World Record holder in the sport of paddle boarding (English Channel, Cuba to US x 2) he has taught well over 300 people to surf the waves in Ponce. A 27 year veteran in the real state brokerage business, Michael was named one of the top realtors in Central Florida. Michael was named the “Alumnus of the Decade” at the University of Central Florida’s 40th anniversary in 2007-where he was a two sport athlete for the Knights (football and baseball). A member of Ponce Inlet Planning and Zoning, creator of the Olde Daytona Beach Ocean Festival, East Coast Paddleboard Championships and a member of the Daytona Beach Economic Development Commission, Michael understands the importance of pristine beaches, beautiful waters and warmth of community and specializes in the needs of beach-style living. Michael is a Community Association Manager.
