58 condos for sale on the ocean in Ponce Inlet as of today 2-15-10, down from a high of 126 two years ago, anything getting close to 200K flies off the shelf. Back in the hey days of 2005-6 the norm was about 12-15 units for sale at any given time out of the 17 ocean front buildings on the ocean.
